LessGears Ltd has served the driver-training world since 1983 (company founded in 2004), bringing over 50 years’ combined experience—including armed-forces and corporate training—back to full-time car instruction in 2017. We teach automatic lessons only (manual available in your own car), in dual-control hybrid vehicles, because the future is electric and gearboxes are fading fast. Our instructors are Approved Driving Instructors, DVSA-qualified for HGV and Bus training, and Train the Trainer qualified to mentor new ADIs. We’re also members of the Driving Instructors Association. Our services include mock tests, Pass Plus, advanced driving to DIA Advanced or Elite standard, motorway and long-distance training, refresher courses, extended test preparation, and help for those who have failed before. We also offer pick-up and drop-off from home or work. We’re known for our patient approach, modern training aids, in-car CCTV for safety, and a 100% pass rate.
